Ingredients: sugar, water, natural basil flavor with other natural flavors, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: E202, coloring: E133.

Recipe with Basil Syrup: Mojito Cold Brew

Here's a perfect cocktail for sunny days, easy and quick to make: the Mojito Cold Brew.

Ingredients: 1 cl of basil syrup, 3 cl of ginger concentrate (available in our syrup catalog), mint leaves, cucumber slices, lime juice (about 1/2 lime), cold brew, and lemonade.

Use a prepared cold brew, or make your own at home by cold-infusing a coffee suitable for this type of infusion (such as Moka Sidamo Marabou from Cafés Lugat).

Muddle the mint, ginger, with the lime and ginger concentrate at the bottom of a glass. Add the basil syrup and fill the glass with ice. Pour approximately 7 cl of lemonade, and finish with cold brew to the top of the glass. All that's left is for you to enjoy.
